Brief
You tell us quantities, budget, dates and style. We reply within 24 working hours.
Proposal and mock-up
You receive a written quote and a visual preview of the personalisation.
Sample and approval
Once you accept the quote we ship you the physical sample, included in the order. We only go into production after your go-ahead.
Production
Deposit paid, production starts. We update you at every stage, with a delivery date guaranteed in writing.
Delivery and reorders
Delivery to one site or several. Under contract, reorders are scheduled without renegotiating every time.

All-in prices per piece, personalisation included: the figure we agree is the figure on your invoice, with nothing added on top. Delivery to a single address is included; delivery to several addresses is quoted separately.

Before you request a quote
What is the minimum order?
30 pieces for personalised corporate gifts, €300 for a first wholesale order, 200 pieces per fragrance for private label.
What are your production times?
Normally 7–10 working days from artwork approval for up to 500 pieces, and 2–3 weeks for larger quantities. For Christmas we recommend confirming by 15 November.
Is the quoted price final?
Yes. The figure we agree is the figure you will find on your invoice: personalisation and delivery to a single address are already included, and nothing is added at the bottom of the quote. We issue a full electronic invoice through the Italian SDI system.
What can be personalised?
The label, the wax colour, the fragrance, the box, the ribbon, the gift card and a foil-stamped logo on the packaging. For supply contracts we can create an exclusive fragrance.
How do payments work?
First order: a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance before dispatch. Clients on a supply contract can pay at 30 days.
Can I see the product before it goes into production?
Yes, and it is a required step: once you accept the quote we ship you the physical sample, included in the order. Production starts only when you approve it. If the sample does not convince you, the order is cancelled and your deposit is refunded.
Do you deliver to more than one address?
Yes: we can send each gift straight to your clients or to your own sites, with a personalised card for every recipient.
